Combined with the Sales Management team, our Program Managers are responsible for all facets of a program and are truly the “eye of the needle”. They will co-ordinate all aspects of a job from initial customer contact right through to final invoicing and service-after-the-sale. They have the authority to make key decisions on the spot and also have the advantage of having the combined human and capital resources of the company at their disposal.
